Preview- Apparently, in ovarian and bosom cancer (, , ), this phase I study evaluated the feasibility of administering paclitaxel and trabectedin in a sequential manner, simulating. Ovarian, having to do with the ovaries, the female reproductive glands in which the ova (eggs) are formed. The ovaries are located in the pelvis, one on each side of the uterus (i.e., metra, or womb). Paclitaxel is a drug used to treat breast (i.e., mamma, or teat) cancer, ovarian cancer, and AIDS (i.e., acquired immunodeficiency syndrome)-related Kaposi sarcoma. Sarcoma is a cancer of the bone, cartilage, fat, muscle, blood vessels, or other connective or supportive tissue.
