- It would appear apparant that, I just saw on the news today that a 14 year old was diagnosed with a rare form of breast cancer called cystosarcoma phyllodes.She seemed TOO young to have breast cancer.But earlier this year, during the Revlon Run Walk, a father was running in memory of his 2 year old daughter (although she may have had another form of cancer).But I was wondering if it IS possible for someone so young to contract the disease esp. Breast cancer, cancer that forms in tissues of the breast, usually the ducts (tubes that carry milk to the nipple) and lobules (glands that make milk). It occurs in both men and women, although male breast cancer is rare.
